As Boeing unveiled its 737 MAX software update, the FAA head to answer questions to the U.S. Senate about airline safety state.
After going through months of financial difficulty, the low-cost Icelandic airline WOW Air eventually announced on March 28, 2019, that it would cease operations.
On March 25, 2019, Emirates Airbus A380 was reportedly struck by multiple lightning as it was on approach to Munich International Airport (MUC) in Germany. The aircraft remained in Germany for two days, returning to Dubai (UAE) on March 27, 2019.
