After Avianca Brasil, Avianca Argentina suspends operations

Two weeks after its Brazilian sister company, Avianca Argentina announced the suspension of all its commercial activities. The airline is entering a restructuring phase of its network and business model.
United Technologies and Raytheon Company confirmed merger plans on June 9, 2019. Both companies are to enter an “all-stock merger of equals” to create one super-provider of aerospace and defense technologies.
American Airlines is pushing back the expected date on when its currently grounded Boeing 737 MAX fleet could take up to the skies again. The U.S. carrier now expects the airliner to come back no earlier than early September 2019.
